Aw.... I didn't know about the aparence of Scotland in Hetalia... [link] About the misunderstanding if Arthur is United Kingdom or only England thank you so much  for the explanation  "Arthr's official name is the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland - so technically he should represent Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland too. However, for whatever reason, he is referred to as England in most of the strips and the anime(probably because England is easier to say than 'United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland). But as others have said, Scotland has been mentioned before, just not shown in person lol " ***** Nada superara al traje de marinerito ಠ_ಠ! Not even a kilt! ...run, Alfred, run! We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. And Arthur only represents England, it appears. Scotland is separate. He almost makes an appearance in the comic. He yells something from out of view.
The future of Scotland is under the kilt, though, I do know that ;D
